- Handcrafted with care, each piece is unique. Final sale unless defective.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
After-sale Support:

- We will provide you with further instructions on how to deal with your purchase.
Upon dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision on all aftersale cases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
- If Refunds is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, but please note that the original shipping fee and taxes/duties of your order will not be refunded.
- Processing your refund can take up to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at ivyhuaart@gmail.com.
